Maintaining confidentiality of data for “DENTAL CLASS Sp. z o.o” is extremely important and we want each of our clients to know how we apply them.

Who is the administrator of your personal data?
The personal data provided to us is controlled by the customers of “DENTAL CLASS Sp. z o.o”, hereinafter referred to as “DENTAL CLASS”, which is the Administrator of your personal data.

Where are your data messages?
We store your personal data within the economic area (hereinafter referred to as “EEA”). Each data bank operation is performed in accordance with applicable law. They did not transfer your data to third countries, i.e. state data outside the European Economic Area.

Who has access to your data?
Your data is available at the “DENTAL CLASS” , and may also be made available to external entities of “DENTAL CLASS”. providing for “DENTAL CLASS” services supporting its activities, including IT, accounting, legal or auditing services. Based on your separate and express consent, your personal data may also be transferred to other entities operating under the brand name “DENTAL CLASS” in Poland, if you decide to use their services. We never transfer your data, sell it or exchange it for marketing purposes with entities of “DENTAL CLASS”. Data provided to third parties is used only to provide you with our services.
In the event of control by the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, your data may be made available to the employees of the Inspectorate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
In the event of a breach of the Regulations of our website, violation of the law or when required by law, we may disclose your data to the judicial authorities.

From May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament applies

The right to delete data:
You have the right to delete any data processed by “DENTAL CLASS” at any time, except in the following situations:
– you have unfinished proceedings with “DENTAL CLASS” ,
– you have an open order that has not yet been implemented or has been implemented only partially,
– you have an unpaid debt towards “DENTAL CLASS” , regardless of the payment method,
– your debt has been sold to an external company in the last three years,
– you have purchased any services, then we will keep your personal data regarding the transaction for accounting purposes
The right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of “DENTAL CLASS”
You have the right to object to the processing of your data. “DENTAL CLASS” stop processing your personal data, unless we are able to find a lawful justification for this process that overrides your interest or rights or because of legal claims

Right to restriction:
You have the right to request that “DENTAL CLASS” SP. Z O.O. restricted the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:
– if you do not agree to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of “DENTAL CLASS” , then “DENTAL CLASS” limit any processing of such data after verifying whether there is such a legitimate interest,
– if you report that your personal data is incorrect, then “DENTAL CLASS” must limit any data processing until its correctness is verified,
– if the data processing is unlawful, then you can object to the deletion of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data,
– if “DENTAL CLASS” no longer needs your personal data, but they are required to submit or dismiss a claim.
